About the role#
This internship provides entry-level experience for students interested in accounting. It is designed for sophomores or juniors who want to build foundational skills before moving into more advanced roles. You will work on-site at our Tallahassee office for approximately 10 weeks during the winter term.
What you'll do#
- Assist with administrative tax-related tasks.
- Perform data entry and document preparation.
- Manage records and organize files.
- Review forms for accuracy.
- Help with basic office processes.
- Interact with various teams and departments.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Sophomore or junior standing is required, with junior level preferred.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Aptitude for learning and understanding technical software.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

- Location: Tallahassee, Florida.
- Term: Winter 2027 (Mid-January through early April).
- Modality: On-site.
- Commitment: 20 hours per week with 4-hour time blocks required.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
