About the role#
As a Banking Analytics Student, you will join the Banking Analytics and Business Strategy Support team. This role involves working on campaign analytics for credit card acquisition, including strategy design and performance analysis. You will collaborate across divisions to provide customer and portfolio insights while supporting compliance and regulatory initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Support campaign analytics for credit card acquisition through audience selection, strategy design, and performance analysis.
- Build and maintain self-serve, interactive dashboards.
- Aid in the development of marketing campaign targeting using test and learn strategies for digital, email, and traditional channels.
- Explore and analyze data from multiple databases and resources.
- Generate ad-hoc analysis based on banking data and transactional behavior to help business partners make informed decisions.
- Update and enhance knowledge documents to support the team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Superior analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous programming experience in languages such as Python, SAS, R, or SQL.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
