About the role#
As an Operations Integration Student for Pro Hockey Life, you will support store operations, visual merchandising, and training teams. This role focuses on driving operational excellence and supporting promotional initiatives to enhance the store experience. You will gain hands-on experience in retail operations and business coordination while working on projects that support our store network.
What you'll do#
- Monitor promotional and flyer content on the Pro Hockey Life website and collaborate with Digital and Marketing teams to resolve issues.
- Partner with Analytics teams to track store-level Triangle Rewards acquisition and registration performance.
- Assist in tracking short rate trends for BOPIS and DOM orders and follow up with Field Operations partners.
- Consolidate weekly promotional updates and compile proofing feedback.
- Support the creation and maintenance of store Standard Operating Procedures to improve consistency.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of business contact databases.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program in Business Administration, Sport Management, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous retail, customer-facing, or work-term experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively or work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive mindset and an interest in hockey.
