About the role#
This internship provides experience across operations, maintenance, security, transportation, and finance. You will work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, within our warehouse and manufacturing facilities. The program includes facility tours, networking opportunities, and a final project presentation for leadership.
What you'll do#
- Learn daily processes within our warehouses and manufacturing plants.
- Perform tasks alongside our teams, similar to an entry-level professional.
- Collaborate with management on process improvement projects.
- Develop new ideas to improve service and efficiency.
- Present your findings or a final paper at the end of the term.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or a recent degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
- Strong academic performance.
- Experience with teamwork and leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with organization and problem solving.
- Ability to build professional relationships.
