About the role#
Hy-Vee is looking for a Social/Influencer Intern for the Summer 2027 term. You will support the corporate social media team by executing organic content across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest. This role requires a detail-oriented approach to maintaining brand standards and ensuring posting accuracy across multiple channels.
What you'll do#
- Track daily posting execution and verify accuracy.
- Publish content natively and through social media management software.
- Coordinate project workflows to meet execution deadlines.
- Assist with data cleanup in Sprinklr and contribute to reporting and analytics.
- Create links and UTMs for tracking.
- Identify and curate user-generated content while managing the approval process.
- Participate in creative brainstorming and ideation sessions.
- Support social media campaigns and retail immersion visits.
What you'll need#
- Completed 2-3 years of undergraduate education in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Experience using various social media platforms.
- Helpful experience includes familiarity with Sprinklr, Monday.com, or similar management systems.
- An understanding of paid advertising platforms is a plus.

- This internship is based in West Des Moines, Iowa, with a mix of on-site and remote work.
- This is a full-time, paid position.
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen.
