About the role#
As a co-op student on the Replenishment Optimization team, you will be fully integrated into our operations. You will support key business areas including forecasting, inventory optimization, operations management, transportation, and logistics. This role offers the opportunity to use data-driven insights to improve our supply chain network and systems while building a portfolio of professional projects.
What you'll do#
- Develop and deploy process improvements across our supply chain network.
- Conduct analysis on core business processes to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Learn and apply new skills through individual and team-based projects.
- Present your findings and proposed solutions to company executives.
- Build a portfolio of work focused on product forecasting, inventory optimization, operations management, and reporting.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience in root cause analysis, solution design, and process documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL to aggregate and analyze data.
- Experience with Python is considered an asset.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of developing accurate reporting.
- Candidates must be 18 years or older.

- Location: Brampton, Ontario.
- Term: Winter 2027 and Summer 2027.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote).
- Employment Type: Full-time, paid position.
