About the role#
This position offers students the chance to work with Supply Management Analysts and business users to address informational needs. You will use corporate data to build reporting solutions that help stakeholders make operational and strategic decisions. This is a paid, full-time role based in Calgary.
What you'll do#
- Develop, analyze, and administer Supply Management and corporate data.
- Collaborate with analysts and business users to understand current challenges and identify reporting opportunities.
- Analyze business requirements to ensure solutions address specific problems.
- Design and develop reporting solutions, including data mining and modeling.
- Support users and developers in creating Business Intelligence reports and visualizations.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in the 3rd or 4th year of an undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management of Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, or Data Analytics.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Python programming is an asset.

- Location: Calgary, Alberta (Head Office).
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
- Term duration: 8 or 12 months.
- Term start: January 2027 or May 2027.
