About the role#
This is a 12-month student work term based at the Canadian Natural Resources Limited head office in Calgary. The role begins in January 2027 and follows a hybrid schedule of full-time and part-time hours. You will work part-time from January to April, full-time from May to August, and return to part-time hours from September to December. You will join the Corporate Travel team and contribute to daily operations while gaining experience in the oil and gas industry.
What you'll do#
- Book car and hotel reservations for company employees traveling for business.
- Coordinate travel logistics for employees flying to and from designated work sites.
- Support the Corporate Travel team by completing reports and assisting with various projects.
- Contribute to office operations through tasks such as inventory audits and mailroom coverage.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in, or graduation within the last year from, a Travel and Tourism program.
- Proficiency using the Sabre booking system.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada without restrictions.
