About the role#
Join the Global Engineering Training and Development team in Montreal. You will work alongside the Leader of Training and Development to support organizational training initiatives. This role focuses on analyzing training needs and implementing programs that support the engineering department.
What you'll do#
- Analyze training needs and design onboarding plans for new employees.
- Create online training content using Workday Learning, including writing scripts, recording voice-overs, and editing audio and video tutorials.
- Manage training logistics by coordinating with instructors and tracking attendance.
- Gather feedback from training sessions to suggest improvements to programs and tools.
- Guide employees on effective training practices.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in human resources, industrial relations, educational technology, technopedagogy, or a related field, with at least one year of study completed.
- Proficiency in MS Office and intermediate computer skills.
- Ability to create compelling content with a creative and pragmatic mindset.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bilingual fluency in French and English.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada and the ability to meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program.
