About the role#
This internship provides hands-on exposure to corporate finance, accounting, and business operations. You will own meaningful projects, work with senior leaders, and solve real business challenges. This role serves as a primary pipeline into the Financial Leadership Development Program, and high-performing interns may be considered for future full-time opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Lead finance and accounting projects from initial scope to final presentation.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Build financial models, reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate opportunities and solve challenges.
- Present project updates and recommendations to finance and business leadership.
- Contribute to process improvement, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in professional development, mentorship, and networking sessions.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and intellectual curiosity.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) from June through August 2027.
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship requirements.
- Previous internship, co-op, or relevant work experience is preferred.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, ERP systems, or financial modeling is a plus.

- Location: Mettawa, Illinois.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (minimum three days per week onsite).
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Compensation: $18.00 to $26.00 per hour.
