About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within the Central Accounting team. You will participate in month-end close activities, financial reporting, and account reconciliations. You will work alongside accounting and finance professionals to support corporate processes and internal controls.
What you'll do#
- Assist with monthly fixed asset activities, including additions, transfers, disposals, and depreciation calculations.
- Support intercompany accounting processes by recording and reconciling transactions.
- Prepare account reconciliations and supporting journal entries.
- Maintain compliance with company accounting policies, internal controls, and U.S. GAAP requirements.
- Analyze financial data and assist with special projects or ad hoc reporting requests.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Completion of at least 48 credits with minimum second semester sophomore status.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) from May through August 2027.
