About the role#
The Regulatory Affairs Associate supports the regulatory team with various tasks related to product compliance and documentation. This is a 12-month placement beginning in January 2027.
What you'll do#
- Maintain regulatory documentation and records.
- Assist in preparing and compiling submissions and routine reports.
- Respond to information requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with regulatory assessments of new products and product changes.
- Support the development of regulatory affairs strategy.
- Review labeling and promotional materials.
- Ensure compliance with the Quality Policy and all documented quality processes to support patient safety.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in, or recent graduation from, a Life Sciences or engineering degree program.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work individually and in a team setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Attention to accuracy, detail, and deadlines.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Preference is given to those pursuing a Post Graduate Certificate in Regulatory Affairs.
Location & details#
- Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (requires at least three days per week in the office).
- Term: Winter 2027.
- Status: Full-time, paid position.
