About the role#
This Project Management Coop role supports the Advanced Operations team at Stryker. You will work on cross-disciplinary solutions for various Endoscopy new product development projects. The work is split between developing standard project management practices and technical writing, meetings, and quality management system development. This is a full-time, 8-month position.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the organization and development of standard project management principles.
- Provide progress updates during design reviews.
- Support prototyping and new product development.
- Develop financial submissions for investment and track project budgets.
- Produce DHF documentation, including requirements, design transfer activities, and supply chain mapping.
- Assist with the assembly of prototype devices and the development of fixtures.
- Research and create Power BI systems or other tracking tools.
- Develop project schedules, risk plans, engineering strategies, and NPD processes.
What you'll need#
- You are currently in your 3rd or 4th year of a Biomedical, Electrical, Integrated, Mechatronics, or similar engineering program.
- You are currently in your 3rd or 4th year of a Project Management discipline.
- Completion of a previous co-op term is advantageous.

- This role is based in Burnaby, British Columbia.
