About the role#
This internship offers an opportunity to work within our manufacturing teams during Summer 2027. You will contribute to projects that support the production of medical technology and gain hands-on experience in a professional environment. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site at our facilities.
What you'll do#
- Work with design and operations teams to bring products to market.
- Develop fixtures for use in manufacturing processes.
- Optimize assembly lines to improve production efficiency.
- Implement lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Perform process validation and work on ergonomics and safety improvements.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
