About the role#
Stryker is offering a Summer 2027 internship for students interested in Joint Replacement Sales. This full-time, paid position provides hands-on experience in the medical equipment manufacturing industry. You will work on-site in St. Louis, Missouri, gaining exposure to sales processes and field operations.
What you'll do#
- Shadow Sales Associates, Sales Representatives, and Operations Team Members to learn about branch functions.
- Develop a target account list and create a marketing strategy project.
- Learn sales techniques, processes, and instrument use through coaching and mentorship.
- Assist Team Member Drivers with the delivery of kits to and from customer accounts.
- Work in the warehouse to assemble and break down instrument kits.
- Support Sales and Field Operations teams with special projects.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or Biomedical Engineering.
- Planning to be enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the summer.
- Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above is preferred.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
