About the role#
The Regulatory Affairs Associate supports the regulatory team with a variety of tasks. This is a 12-month placement beginning in January 2027. You will work in a hybrid capacity, which requires being in the office at least three days per week.
What you'll do#
- Maintain regulatory documentation and records.
- Assist in preparing and compiling submissions and routine reports.
- Respond to information requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the regulatory assessment of new products and product changes.
- Assist in the development of regulatory affairs strategy.
- Review labeling and promotional materials.
- Ensure all work reflects a commitment to patient safety and product quality.
- Perform other duties as required.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in or recent graduation from an engineering or life sciences degree program.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Preference is given to those pursuing a Post Graduate Certificate in Regulatory Affairs.
