About the role#
This is an 8-month internship role based in Dorval, Quebec. You will support the recruitment team and HR operations during the Winter 2027 term. This is a paid, full-time hybrid position. Please note that this opportunity is open to current students only, not new graduates. You may be required to travel occasionally outside of Canada for training or work purposes.
What you'll do#
- Manage candidate due diligence and maintain accurate files throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare documents for new employee integration.
- Support interns and managers with daily HR tasks and advice.
- Collaborate with managers, HR business partners, and universities to assist with recruitment.
- Conduct telephone interviews with pre-selected candidates.
- Represent the company at university events.
- Organize networking events and activities for the intern community.
- Analyze HR data to support strategic decision-making.
- Help optimize recruitment processes, specifically during the transition to our candidate management system.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in administration, preferably with a focus on human resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Ability to work well in a team and stay self-motivated.
- Strong organizational and structural skills.
- A meticulous and thorough approach to tasks.
- A positive, approachable attitude and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
