About the role#
As a User Experience Intern, you will join the Business & Information Solutions team to support the modernization of our workplace through new technologies and user engagement. You will assist in the next phase of our program, helping users maximize the potential of our digital toolsets. This role involves working across project management, business analysis, and learning design to improve how our teams collaborate.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate project activities with a focus on user experience and digital strategy.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and investigate potential solutions.
- Perform business analysis and produce artifacts like personas, journey maps, user stories, and use cases.
- Develop content and communication materials to support team objectives.
- Convert training documents and presentations into engaging eLearning courses.
- Manage team action plans, initiative tracking, and capacity planning.
- Support financial management, budget forecasting, and portfolio management.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to validate functionality and content accuracy.
- Maintain training repositories and SharePoint content.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and participate in creative brainstorming.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, Technical Writing, Digital Learning, UX, or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Interest in learning Articulate 360, including Rise 360 and Storyline 360.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work interdependently and manage multiple activities with changing priorities.
- Proven analytical skills and the ability to think critically.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a flexible, self-starting approach.
- Experience or exposure to Business IT Management is an asset.

- Location: Dorval, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (4 months).
- Modality: Hybrid.
- This is a paid, full-time internship for current students.
