About the role#
This is an 8-month internship supporting the EcoJet project within the Research and Technology department. You will assist with the management of technical projects and help maintain project documentation and schedules.
What you'll do#
- Support project management activities for technical initiatives.
- Develop, track, and update project schedules.
- Prepare and maintain financial metrics and planning documentation.
- Set up monitoring processes with project stakeholders.
- Create weekly and monthly progress presentations.
- Elaborate flow diagrams.
- Assist in improving project management processes, including risk and opportunity tracking, change management, and gate reviews.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a university engineering program or a field related to aerospace, with at least two years completed.
- Strong interest in project management, innovation, and technology development.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management tools like Microsoft Project.
- Familiarity with Design Thinking is an asset.

- Duration: 8 months.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Employment: Full-time and paid.
- Note: This position is open to students only. Interns may occasionally be required to travel outside of Canada for training or work purposes.
