This program is designed for former Boeing interns to transition into full-time, entry-level engineering roles for the summer of 2026. These positions are available across a wide range of engineering disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, software, systems, and aerospace engineering, as well as data science, mathematics, and physics. Roles are full-time and include a competitive compensation package.
What you'll do#
- Apply engineering principles to projects in fields such as flight engineering, materials and process, production, industrial, test and evaluation, and product security.
- Collaborate with teams to support aerospace innovation and technical development.
- Complete a technical assessment as part of the selection process if required for the specific position.
- Maintain export control compliance requirements as defined by U.S. regulations.
What you'll need#
- Previous internship experience with Boeing.
- Current enrollment in a college or university, pursuing a degree in a core engineering or applied sciences discipline.
- Expected graduation date prior to September 2027.
- Strong academic performance and exceptional organizational and collaboration skills.
- Status as a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15, which includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylees.
