About the role#
This program is designed for former Boeing interns to transition into full-time, entry-level engineering positions for Summer 2026. These roles span various engineering disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, software, systems, and industrial engineering, as well as roles in data science, mathematics, and physics. Successful candidates will join teams working on projects ranging from aviation innovation to space exploration.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to engineering projects within your specific field of study.
- Collaborate with team members on technical tasks and project goals.
- Complete a technical assessment as part of the selection process if required for the specific role.
- Adhere to export control compliance requirements, which require candidates to be a U.S. Person as defined by federal regulations.
What you'll need#
- Previous internship experience with Boeing.
- Current enrollment in a college or university, majoring in a core engineering or applied sciences discipline.
- An expected graduation date prior to September 2027.
- Strong academic performance.
- Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills.
- Ability to meet export control compliance requirements (U.S. Person status).
