About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship program designed for students to gain direct experience in the aerospace industry. You will work on real-world projects, collaborate with teams across the company, and learn from experts in the field. This program serves as a pipeline for future leadership roles within Boeing.
What you'll do#
- Build skills in financial acumen, data analytics, financial modeling, cost estimating, and problem solving.
- Contribute to projects within Commercial Airplanes, Defense, Space and Security, Boeing Global Services, or Corporate business units.
- Tour manufacturing and research facilities to see products up close.
- Interact with company leaders to discuss strategy and the future of the organization.
- Participate in skill development workshops, networking events, and mentorship programs.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business-related field or a relevant engineering discipline, such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering.
- Graduation date on or after August 2027.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Ability to work full-time, on-site for 10 weeks during the summer.
- Note that this position does not offer visa sponsorship.
