About the role#
As a Finance Collegiate Associate Intern, you will apply your academic background to real-world financial operations. You will work alongside experienced professionals to support data-driven business decisions and gain hands-on experience within the aerospace industry.
What you'll do#
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial insights.
- Analyze business unit performance metrics and operational drivers.
- Assist with monthly financial processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, inventory management, and reporting.
- Identify and implement opportunities for financial, operational, and control automation.
- Execute special projects and provide ad hoc financial analysis.
- Proactively develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, or information systems, or a master’s degree in a related field.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven approach.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
- Knowledge of Excel is preferred.
- Experience with SQL, Python, SAP, or Power BI dashboarding is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Savannah, Georgia.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week) for a minimum of 10 weeks.
- Modality: On-site.
- Requirements: Must be a full-time student and have reliable transportation to and from work. This position does not offer work visa sponsorship.
