About the role#
The Boeing Summer 2027 Internship Program offers students the opportunity to work as a Quality Specialist. This is a paid, full-time internship lasting 10 to 12 weeks. Interns will work directly with mentors to solve real-world problems, tour manufacturing and research facilities, and engage with company leaders to understand strategic priorities.
What you'll do#
- Support reviews of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program, and customer requirements to ensure safety and quality are embedded in plans.
- Assist with maintaining Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures, and metrics.
- Collect and analyze data to identify root causes of routine problems and drive continuous improvement.
- Support the research and analysis of performance reports to enhance process capability.
- Prepare for hardware, software, and system-level audits to support compliance and transparency.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university with an expected graduation date on or after August 2027.
- Availability to work full-time for 10 to 12 weeks during Summer 2027.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Status as a U.S. Person to meet Export Control compliance requirements.
- Previous internships, work experience, or involvement in student or civic organizations that demonstrate leadership and teamwork.
- Pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Computer Science, Operations Management, or Statistics.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site position. Available locations include Seattle, WA; Oklahoma City, OK; Berkeley, MO; Huntsville, AL; Ridley Park, PA; and Mesa, AZ.
- This role does not offer visa sponsorship.
