About the role#
This paid internship program offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Global Real Estate, Facilities, and Property Management. Interns will work directly with mentors, tour manufacturing and research facilities, and interact with company leaders to discuss strategy and the future of the industry. This is a full-time, 10-12 week commitment during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with teams on real-world problems related to facilities services, construction, and asset management.
- Maintain accurate record keeping and reporting for property management lifecycles.
- Assist in maintaining, analyzing, and producing metrics related to property management and business operations.
- Participate in research, planning, and implementation of strategic corporate initiatives.
- Support technology initiatives, including gathering requirements and evaluating solutions for facility systems.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program with an anticipated graduation date on or after August 2027.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Previous business or related internship or work experience.
- Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during the summer.
- Majoring in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Real Estate, or related fields.
