About the role#
This summer internship program offers students the chance to gain hands-on experience within Boeing's Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) and Property Management organizations. You will work on real-world projects, learn from industry experts, and contribute to the infrastructure that supports aerospace innovation. This is a 10-12 week full-time commitment.
What you'll do#
- Work directly with a mentor in your field of study.
- Tour manufacturing and research facilities to see products up close.
- Interact with company leaders to discuss strategy and the future of the organization.
- Maintain accurate record keeping for property management.
- Assist in maintaining, analyzing, and producing metrics related to the property management lifecycle.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program with an anticipated graduation date on or after August 2027.
- Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during the summer.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Previous business or related internship or work experience.
- Major in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Real Estate, or related fields.

- Work modality varies by position, ranging from on-site to hybrid.
