About the role#
Boeing Commercial Airplanes is hiring Interiors Fabricator and Assembler Mech C roles in Everett, Washington. This position is exclusively for students and recent graduates of certified Boeing Pre-Employment Training (BPET) courses. This is a full-time, on-site, hourly position governed by the International Association of Machinists (IAM-751) collective bargaining agreement. Candidates must be a US Person as defined by export control regulations.
What you'll do#
- Fabricate and assemble aircraft interior panels and assemblies using established processes.
- Work with materials including adhesives, resins, honeycomb core, carpet fiberglass, and aluminum.
- Install fittings such as latches, hinges, and brackets, and prepare panels for adhesive application.
- Operate shop power tools including routers, table saws, band saws, and drill presses.
- Perform bonding operations by operating vacuum platen tables and loading or unloading ovens.
- Apply decorative finishes, create vinyl laminate layups, and perform routing, drilling, and riveting.
- Work from drawings, specifications, and verbal instructions while maintaining accurate records.
- Perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, and lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 35 pounds frequently during an 8-hour shift.
What you'll need#
- Completion of a certified Boeing Pre-Employment Training (BPET) course (academic or military).
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 35 pounds consistently.
- Ability to work in environments involving contact with metals, solvents, and coolants.
- Successful completion of the company Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.

- Location: Everett, Washington.
- Work Modality: 100% on-site.
- Pay: $23.32 to $51.82 per hour, based on the collective bargaining agreement.
