About the role#
This role is for students and recent graduates of a certified Boeing Pre-Employment Training (BPET) course. You will join the Fabrication team to produce aircraft interior components. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Everett, Washington. This role is governed by the International Association of Machinists (IAM-751) Collective Bargaining agreement and requires availability for a variety of shifts.
What you'll do#
- Fabricate and assemble aircraft interior panels and assemblies using established processes.
- Work with materials including adhesives, resins, honeycomb core, carpet, fiberglass, and aluminum.
- Cut, layout, and process raw materials according to specifications.
- Install fittings such as latches, hinges, and brackets.
- Prepare panels for adhesive application through cleaning, sanding, and sweeping.
- Operate vacuum platen tables and manage oven loading for bonding operations.
- Utilize shop power tools including routers, table saws, band saws, and drill presses.
- Perform routing, drilling, and riveting tasks.
- Maintain production records and operate necessary information systems.
- Work from drawings, specifications, and verbal instructions while performing quality checks.
What you'll need#
- Completion of a Boeing Pre-Employment Training (BPET) certified course.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 pounds frequently during an 8-hour shift.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including reaching, handling, turning, twisting, bending, and kneeling.
- Must meet Export Control compliance requirements as a U.S. Person.
- Ability to work in environments with potential exposure to metals, solvents, and coolants.

- Location: Everett, Washington.
- Modality: 100% on-site.
- Compensation: $23.32 per hour, with potential to earn up to $51.82 per hour based on the collective bargaining agreement.
