About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship program for Summer 2027 within the Methods Process Analyst organization. Interns will join small teams of 5-10 people to support production units integrated with the Boeing Production System. You will work alongside a mentor to manage projects, solve real-world problems, and contribute to improvements in safety, quality, cost, and flow. This role requires working in both office and production environments, such as factories or flightlines, and adherence to all required personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols.
What you'll do#
- Support production teams by analyzing performance against daily schedules and orders.
- Identify and implement solutions to reduce or eliminate safety and ergonomic issues.
- Create and maintain operational plans, including flow and positioning strategies.
- Develop scenario plans and disruption recovery plans to mitigate impacts on downstream work and major milestones.
- Collaborate with support functions to reduce non-value-added work and improve quality trends.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university with an expected graduation date on or after August 2027.
- Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during Summer 2027.
- Strong academic performance with a GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Previous internship or work experience, or involvement in student or civic organizations.
- A passion for the aerospace industry and interest in a career with Boeing.
- Pursuit of a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Management, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Must meet Export Control compliance requirements as a US Person (US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
