About the role#

What you'll do#
- Prepare research materials to identify business problems and suggest solutions.
- Support projects aimed at improving organizational efficiency.
- Analyze business goals and internal needs.
- Monitor emerging therapies and FDA drug approvals.
- Analyze health outcomes and quality measures.
- Develop educational materials for providers and members.
- Participate in multidisciplinary disease management workgroups.
- Support managed care pharmacy initiatives and community health fairs.
- Engage in networking events, department meetings, and volunteer activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate, Master’s, or PhD program with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
- Academic background in epidemiology, biostatistics, or health informatics.
- Understanding of population health statistics and modeling.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to maintain confidential information.
- Experience with machine learning is preferred.
