About the role#
As a Software Engineering Intern, you will gain hands-on experience building applications and learning modern technology stacks. You will work alongside developers and project stakeholders to deliver solutions while learning software development best practices, Agile methodologies, and enterprise application development.
What you'll do#
- Build and enhance an internal system for Google Business Page management.
- Modernize internal EForms using an Angular front end and Java-based backend services.
- Contribute to the development of an internal SEO application.
- Participate in SEO audits focused on content and technical performance.
- Assist with Core Web Vitals audits and website performance optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements and deliver results.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience, coursework, or interest in Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, Angular, React, and API development.
- Understanding of software engineering principles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts and provide project updates.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and apply feedback in a team environment.
