About the role#
As a Campaign Fundraising Manager for the Student Visionaries of the Year program, you will build relationships with volunteers and implement peer to peer fundraising strategies. You will work within a designated market area to meet revenue goals that support the mission of Blood Cancer United. This is a full-time role based in Miami, Florida.
What you'll do#
- Partner with the Education, Services, and Health Research department to communicate organizational programs and priorities.
- Organize local donor cultivation events and identify high-impact donors for national stewardship.
- Drive peer to peer fundraising to reach revenue targets.
- Help develop and execute annual strategic plans for fundraising products.
- Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees and individual fundraising volunteers.
- Identify and network with constituents to secure new partners and support.
- Collaborate with local relationship teams and national shared service partners.
- Maintain a working knowledge of organizational initiatives to promote the mission.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3-5 years of professional experience.
- Ability to supervise groups of volunteers and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with digital and social media channels.
- Detail-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to collaborate with the Mission Team on patient access, advocacy, and research goals.

- Schedule: Requires some evening and weekend work.
- Travel: Local travel within the designated area is required.
- Physical requirements: Ability to move campaign materials weighing up to 15 pounds.
