About the role#
The Campaign Fundraising Manager drives peer to peer fundraising efforts to meet annual budget goals. You will build relationships with volunteers, implement fundraising products, and manage event portfolios within the East Bay market. This role focuses on strategic planning, revenue growth, and mission integration.
What you'll do#
- Drive high-impact peer to peer fundraising to reach annual revenue targets.
- Implement campaign standards across your event portfolio.
- Track key performance indicators to adjust activity and stay on schedule.
- Partner with the Campaign Development Director and Director of Campaign Excellence to build strategic plans.
- Build and manage a sponsorship pipeline by prospecting and securing corporate partners.
- Collaborate with local teams and national partners.
- Partner with the Education, Services, and Health Research department to communicate the organizational mission.
- Organize local donor cultivation events and identify high-impact donors for national stewardship.
- Recruit and manage high-level volunteer committees.
- Research and network to secure new partners and volunteers.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a directly relatable role.
- Solid understanding of campaign execution and success requirements.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of sales channels, including digital and social media.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead and supervise volunteer groups.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
- Strong collaboration and persuasion skills.

- This position is based in Fremont, California.
- The role is hybrid.
- This is a full-time, paid position.
- You may need to travel within the designated area.
- The role requires working some evenings or weekends.
- You may need to move campaign materials weighing up to 15 pounds.
