    About the role#

    As a Campaign Fundraising Manager for Student Visionaries of the Year, you will build relationships with volunteers and implement peer to peer fundraising strategies. You will work to exceed revenue goals for our mission within the Cincinnati area. This role involves balancing local donor cultivation with national stewardship activities.

    What you'll do#

    • Partner with the Education, Services and Health Research department to communicate our mission and programs.
    • Drive high-impact peer to peer fundraising to meet revenue targets.
    • Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees and individual fundraising volunteers.
    • Develop and execute annual strategic plans for fundraising products.
    • Identify and network with key donors and constituents to secure new partners.
    • Organize local donor cultivation events.
    • Collaborate with local relationship teams and national shared service partners.

    What you'll need#

    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience.
    • Ability to supervise volunteer groups and manage multiple priorities.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience using digital, social media, and emerging online channels.
    • High attention to detail.

    Location & details#

    • This is a full-time, paid position based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
    • The work modality is hybrid.
    • You may need to move campaign materials weighing up to 15 pounds for events.
    • The role requires travel within the designated area and occasional work on evenings or weekends.
