About the role#
Blood Cancer United is looking for a Campaign Fundraising Manager to join our team in Magnolia, Texas. This role focuses on building relationships with fundraising volunteers and driving peer-to-peer fundraising efforts to meet revenue goals. You will work within a designated market area to support our mission of finding cures for blood cancer.
What you'll do#
- Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to reach revenue targets.
- Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees and individual fundraising volunteers.
- Partner with our Education, Services, and Health Research departments to communicate our mission and programs.
- Organize local donor cultivation events and identify high-impact donors for national stewardship.
- Develop and execute annual strategic plans for fundraising products, including managing budgets and timelines.
- Collaborate with local teams and national partners to secure new supporters through independent research and networking.
- Manage multiple priorities and influence others to support our fundraising initiatives.
What you'll need#
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a directly relatable role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience using digital and social media sales channels.
- Ability to lead and supervise groups of volunteers.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple timelines effectively.
- A solid understanding of campaign execution, including KPIs and forecasting.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid position based in Magnolia, Texas.
- The role operates on a hybrid schedule.
- You may be required to travel within the designated area and work some evenings or weekends.
- The position requires the ability to move campaign materials weighing up to 15 pounds.
