    About the role#

    As a Campaign Development Director for Student Visionaries of the Year, you will lead staff teams and manage relationships to drive peer to peer fundraising. You are responsible for creating strategic plans that meet revenue goals while ensuring our mission remains central to all local donor cultivation and stewardship activities.

    What you'll do#

    • Partner with Education Services and Health Research to communicate our mission and programs.
    • Hire, manage, and train fundraising staff teams.
    • Recruit and support high-level volunteer committees and leaders.
    • Grow corporate and volunteer relationships across the market.
    • Prospect donors for national stewardship and organize local cultivation events.
    • Retain and upgrade sponsorships for all fundraising products.
    • Create and implement annual strategic plans to exceed revenue targets.

    What you'll need#

    • A Bachelor’s Degree.
    • 7-8 years of relevant experience.
    • A demonstrated track record of success in your field.
    • The ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
    • Comfort with managing operational details as needed.

    • Location: Indianapolis, Indiana.
    • Modality: Hybrid.
    • Employment: Full-time.
    • Travel: Local travel up to 30% is required.
    • Schedule: Some evenings and weekends are required.
