About the role#
This is a 6-month co-op position running from January to June 2027. You will join the North America Medical team within Field Medical Capability and Operational Excellence. The role focuses on supporting strategic initiatives that improve Field Medical effectiveness and onboarding. You will work with the Associate Director to maintain operational resources and help coordinate training programs. This position provides exposure to project management, stakeholder engagement, and executive-level communications.
What you'll do#
- Support the implementation of Field Medical onboarding across all therapeutic areas.
- Maintain and improve core resources like the Medical Playbook, onboarding materials, and operational guides.
- Coordinate training programs and facilitate learning experiences for MSL skills development.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including IT, Commercial, Compliance, and Medical Operations.
- Create presentations, meeting summaries, and communications for leadership.
- Support process improvement and change management initiatives.
- Facilitate governance activities by coordinating meetings and documenting project decisions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BS, Master’s, PharmD, or PhD program in life sciences, pharmacy, public health, health administration, or a related field.
- Interest in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry and medical affairs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a proactive and adaptable manner.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Minimum age of 18 by the start date.
