About the role#
This is a 6-month co-op position running from January to June 2027. You will join the Decision Sciences team within the US Integrated Analytics and Insights function. This role supports the US Rare Disease team by generating business insights and helping stakeholders make data-driven decisions.
What you'll do#
- Act as a strategic partner for the US Brand team.
- Collect and interpret insights to provide actionable recommendations.
- Work with cross-functional partners to support brand leadership needs.
- Manage end-to-end market research projects for patients or healthcare providers, including vendor requests and study design.
- Combine clinical, patient, and scientific data with secondary datasets to answer business questions.
- Assist with monthly business reviews and track brand performance.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree or PhD in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years of age by the start date.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in life science, marketing, technology, or analytics is preferred.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas through presentations, facilitation, and written reports.
- An adaptive work style that handles ambiguity well.
- A record of leadership and achievement.

- This role is based on-site in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.
- This is a full-time, paid position for the Winter 2027 term.
