About the role#
This is a 6-month co-op position running from January to June 2027. You will join the Decision Sciences team to support the US Nephrology Insights & Analytics group. This role focuses on foundational market research and data analysis to prepare for a new product launch. You will partner with stakeholders across brand marketing, field execution, and patient services to build integrated business insights.
What you'll do#
- Support the end-to-end execution of analytics projects, including defining business questions, study design, data acquisition, and interpretation.
- Manage primary market research projects, from defining needs to monitoring field work and designing readout plans.
- Perform secondary data analysis using claims and EMR data.
- Integrate multiple data sources to develop actionable recommendations for the nephrology portfolio.
- Create clear deliverables such as executive presentations, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Develop integrated insight reports that combine research and secondary data analytics.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Master’s or PhD program.
- Preferred majors include Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while collaborating with a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex findings into clear business insights.
- Experience using analytical tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is preferred.
- Background in life science, marketing, technology, or analytics is preferred.
- Interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or patient-level data.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years of age.
