About the role#
This is a 6-month co-op position running from January to June 2027. You will join the Global Media Relations and External Communications team in Cambridge. This role focuses on managing the company reputation with media outlets, supporting product and pipeline communications, and analyzing public perception. You will work within a small team inside the broader Global Corporate Affairs department.
What you'll do#
- Support corporate communication campaigns and projects.
- Draft materials including press releases, social media posts, leadership emails, and blogs.
- Research industry trends, key journalists, corporate awards, and external speaking opportunities.
- Use AI tools to analyze industry trends and company sentiment.
- Prepare briefing materials and talking points for executive interviews and panel discussions.
- Oversee daily media monitoring.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject-matter experts to develop communication materials.
- Liaise with business partners, marketing agencies, and external stakeholders to support project deliverables.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college, university, or skills program as an undergraduate majoring in Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Interest in media, marketing, or science.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Research abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of digital platforms, social media, and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and be at least 18 years of age by the start date.

- Compensation: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on academic level and degree candidacy.
