About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027. You will join the team at our Wilmington, Massachusetts location under a hybrid work model. This role is designed for students interested in digital marketing, campaign execution, and marketing operations.
What you'll do#
- Support digital marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, paid media, and marketing automation platforms.
- Assist with campaign setup, deployment, quality assurance, and post-launch validation.
- Coordinate marketing assets, content, and deliverables with internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain digital marketing calendars and campaign schedules.
- Support audience segmentation and targeting activities.
- Organize marketing campaign assets, documentation, and workflows.
- Track campaign delivery and channel performance metrics while assisting with recurring reporting.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve campaign performance and audience engagement.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative stakeholders.
- Contribute to projects supporting marketing technology, channel optimization, and customer engagement.
- Support quarterly and annual planning activities through research, data gathering, and content preparation.
- Document channel learnings and recommendations to inform future initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- At least one semester of your degree program remaining after the internship concludes.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest in digital marketing, marketing technology, and customer engagement.
- Familiarity with email marketing, social media platforms, or marketing automation tools is preferred.
- Experience through coursework or previous internships in marketing, communications, or digital media is preferred.
- A basic understanding of digital marketing performance metrics and reporting is preferred.
