About the role#
Bee Sweet Citrus is looking for a student to join our team as a Farm Management Intern. You will gain hands-on experience in the management of fresh citrus production lines and farming operations. This position requires a minimum of 20 hours per week. Internships typically last three months, with the possibility of an extension based on a 90-day evaluation.
What you'll do#
- Manage fresh citrus production lines and farming operations.
- Monitor soil, water, fertilizers, and tree health.
- Maintain farm equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to complete daily tasks.
- Work outdoors in diverse weather conditions and near mechanical equipment.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited university or college pursuing a degree in Agriculture Business or a related field.
- A clean driving record and the ability to follow our Fleet Safety Program and Policies.
- Basic computer skills.
- The ability to lift, push, or pull objects weighing over 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods and manipulate objects with your hands.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.

- Paid position at $17.90 per hour.
