About the role#
Our Wealth Management Team is hiring students for a 4 or 8-month work term starting in January 2027. This is a full-time, paid position. You will support our administrative staff and work with internal and external stakeholders to maintain efficient office operations.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate client meetings and manage scheduling.
- Perform clerical tasks, including preparing correspondence, photocopying, scanning, and distributing mail.
- Enter data into internal systems with high accuracy.
- Collect data, generate reports, and update software.
- Organize and maintain client information using iFirm and other internal tools.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program, specifically in Business Administration or Finance.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize your workload and manage multiple tasks at once.
Location & details#
- This role is hybrid.
- Available locations include London, Kitchener-Waterloo, Sarnia, Toronto, Oakville, Guelph, and Strathroy, Ontario.
