    About the role#

    BDO Canada is seeking a Co-op student or intern to join the Office Administration team for a 4-month term starting in January 2027. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in either our Kitchener-Waterloo or Guelph offices. You will support the administrative team while building professional experience in a collaborative environment.

    What you'll do#

    • Welcome visitors, route phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
    • Manage mail and courier requirements, including maintaining tracking spreadsheets.
    • Provide general administrative support to professional staff.
    • Proofread financial statements and letters for grammatical, typographical, and formatting errors.
    • Use Workday for file and project management.
    • Handle other administrative duties as required, including back-up reception tasks.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a degree or diploma program focused on administration, human resources, communications, or accounting.
    • Strong organization and time management skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
    • Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
    • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite is considered an asset.

    • Locations: Kitchener-Waterloo or Guelph, Ontario.
    • Term: Winter 2027 (starting January 2027).
    • Modality: On-site.
    • Compensation: This is a paid position.
