    About the role#

    As a Client Advisor Intern, you act as an ambassador for the bank. You will focus on everyday banking needs and help clients reach their financial goals. This role requires you to use your problem-solving skills and sales experience to maximize each client interaction.

    What you'll do#

    • Engage with clients in the branch and the community to identify banking needs, provide advice, and spot referral opportunities.
    • Educate clients on banking tools and use technology to create a positive experience.
    • Handle client-initiated contact and assist with a full range of financial transactions.
    • Listen to clients to understand their individual needs.
    • Take ownership of resolving and preventing banking problems.
    • Maintain relationships with partners to grow business opportunities.

    What you'll need#

    • A passion for putting clients first and a history of success in target-driven sales environments.
    • Strong problem-solving and people skills, with an ability to build professional relationships.
    • Flexibility, a hunger for success, and strong personal ethics.
    • Digital literacy across devices like smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
    • Availability to work all business hours.
    • Students or graduates in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration are preferred.
    • Experience in the financial or service industry and Mutual Funds accreditation are considered assets.
