About the role#
The Wealth Management Technology Internship is a full-time summer program based in Minneapolis. You will join a team focused on delivering secure and reliable technology solutions for our U.S. Wealth Management business. This internship offers exposure to executive leadership, networking opportunities, and professional development sessions.
What you'll do#
- Support IT functions through software development or DevOps tasks.
- Develop UI components, build APIs, or provide feedback on in-house applications.
- Maintain software automation tools for source code management, builds, and deployment.
- Apply SDLC and CI/CD concepts to design and build internal solutions.
- Participate in code reviews while following established coding standards.
- Partner with the QE team to write unit tests and automated validation tests.
- Research and fix issues within the DevOps pipeline.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Junior or Masters program with a graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027.
- Pursuing a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related technology field.
- Working knowledge of IT applications, software, and systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and take initiative.
- Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
- An interest in the financial services industry.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week.
