- Deliver excellent customer services to clients and visitors by providing information and answering inquiries as needed
- Assist with various activities and tasks related to events and hospitality services • Ability to comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Ad Astra experience very welcomed though not required
- Provide general office assistance and event support
- Maintain files and reports and ensure confidentiality of information
- Perform business operations duties for assigned area of responsibility
- Ability to prioritize and take initiative
- Assist with various projects, activities and tasks related to business operations
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Provide technical (a/v) support
- Maintenance management
- Answer phones with excellent phone etiquette
