    About the role#

    This position supports the Baylor University String Project. You will co-teach and assist with weekly group lessons, applying instructional methods from your degree coursework to help students learn. This is a paid, part-time student worker role.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist students with their academic subjects.
    • Foster educational growth by identifying student needs.
    • Co-teach and support weekly group lessons.
    • Maintain a safe environment for all participants.
    • Provide helpful information and service to constituents.
    • Keep all pertinent information confidential.

    What you'll need#

    • You must be a string music education major or a string performance major.
    • Ability to comply with all University policies.
    • Consistent and punctual attendance.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Waco Hall East, Room GL 29, 624 Speight Ave, Waco, TX.
    • Schedule: Maximum of 2 hours per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 PM to 5:15 PM.
    • Term: Fall 2026.
