About the role#
This position supports the Acrobatics and Tumbling team by managing equipment, assisting with travel logistics, and handling daily team operations. You will gain hands-on experience in the daily functions of an NCAA Division I Athletics Department while working with a competitive intercollegiate program.
What you'll do#
- Attend all mandatory meetings, meets, and functions.
- Assist with office paperwork and organize the equipment room.
- Manage laundry services by providing clean items to athletes twice a week.
- Set up and collect uniforms and equipment for home and away meets.
- Film practice footage using iPads and upload files to the team Dropbox.
- Maintain the team locker room and manage inventory with monthly reporting.
- Coordinate travel logistics, including snack preparation, per diem distribution, and equipment packing.
- Support recruiting weekends and assist with team gear distribution.
- Record events during meets and keep score tallies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student with a minimum GPA of 2.5.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to self-motivate and work effectively in a team environment.
- Majors in Business Administration, Kinesiology, Human Resources, Health Administration, or Communications are preferred.
