About the role#
Bayer is hiring a Supply Chain Management Intern to join our team in Whippany, New Jersey. This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship with a rolling term. You will work with cross-functional teams to solve operational issues and improve supply chain performance.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain operational issues.
- Review data inputs to identify and implement process improvements.
- Support the development of deeper insights into complex supply chain processes, including forecasting for specific SKUs.
- Assist in the deployment of digital tools, such as Robotic Process Automation, to digitize operations.
- Extract and analyze key data sets to optimize end-to-end supply chain performance.
- Partner with internal and external customers to meet project objectives.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Operations Management.
- Completion of at least one year of a Bachelors degree program.
- Experience with data analysis tools including PowerBI, Tableau, and AWS Snowflake/ODBC.
- Strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office and Excel Pivot Tables.
- Ability to manage multiple projects accurately under tight timelines.

- Compensation: $22.75 to $47.75 per hour, plus potential benefits including health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, and sick leave.
