About the role#
As a Functional Human Resources intern, you will work alongside experienced HR professionals to support projects that align with business and workforce priorities. This 12-week summer program provides hands-on experience within a global organization. You will gain exposure to how HR functions partner with business leaders to support employees and organizational goals. You will receive mentorship and professional development throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Collect, organize, and analyze HR data to identify trends and insights.
- Support initiatives in areas like talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
- Assist with employee programs, communications, and presentations.
- Conduct research and help develop recommendations for HR projects.
- Collaborate with HR professionals, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.
- Use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other internal applications to create project materials and business deliverables.
What you'll need#
- You are currently an undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
- You are highly motivated and mobile-minded.
- You are currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

- Assignments are located in various locations throughout the United States, including the Raleigh, North Carolina area.
