About the role#
The Grow@BASF Internship Program offers undergraduate students the chance to apply classroom learning to real-world engineering assignments. You will work alongside experienced professionals on projects that support operations, technologies, and business needs. This is a 12-week summer program designed to build your technical, analytical, and communication skills.
What you'll do#
- Support engineering projects and daily technical activities.
- Apply engineering principles to operational challenges and real-world processes.
- Collect, organize, and analyze technical data.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Assist with the development and implementation of engineering solutions.
- Support project planning, documentation, and technical reporting.
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in safety and project-related activities.
- Develop presentations and project deliverables.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student.
- Pursuit of a degree in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- High motivation and a mobile mindset regarding work locations.
- Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

- Modality: On-site.
- This is a paid internship.
- Assignments are based on business needs and may be located at various sites throughout the United States, including the Raleigh, North Carolina area. Interns are hired through a third-party agency.
