About the role#
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Radiology Student at Baptist Memorial Health Care in New Albany, Mississippi. You will assist in the diagnosis and treatment of disease by performing imaging procedures according to established radiology standards.
What you'll do#
- Perform imaging procedures and treatments using correct positioning and technique.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on hospital protocols.
- Document procedures to meet hospital policy requirements.
- Keep work areas, rooms, and equipment clean and safe for patients and staff.
- Join in departmental performance improvement activities.
- Complete assigned goals and other duties as needed.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an approved or accredited Radiology Program.
- Basic computer literacy skills.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, which must be obtained within 30 days of your hire date.
